Who we are

This website (fractionalpartner.eu) and the services described on it are provided by Tímea Floriska, a sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) registered at Budapest, Hattyú utca 7. 5. em. 1., tax number HU92199617 ("we", "us"). You can reach us at floriska.timi@gmail.com.

The services

We provide consultancy, fractional management, and interim leadership services for businesses. The free Clarity Call is a 30 minute introductory conversation with no obligation. The Business Clarity Session is a paid 60 minute consultation.

Fractional, interim, and longer consultancy engagements are scoped individually and governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms cover the use of this website and the sessions booked through it.

Booking and payment

Sessions are scheduled through Calendly, and paid sessions are charged at the time of booking through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details.

The price of the Business Clarity Session is €65 and includes any applicable VAT. Prices are set in euros; Stripe may offer to settle the charge in your local currency at the rate and terms it displays. A booking is confirmed once payment has completed and you receive a confirmation email.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

You can reschedule a session free of charge using the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the session, or if you do not attend, the fee is not refunded.

If we have to cancel or move a session, you can choose a new time or a full refund.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you book as a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. By booking a session that takes place within this period, you expressly request performance before the withdrawal period ends; once the session has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Withdrawing before the session follows the refund terms above and never leaves you worse off than the statutory minimum. To withdraw, email us at floriska.timi@gmail.com.

Our work together

Consultancy provides analysis, recommendations, and support based on the information available to us. Decisions about the business, and their outcomes, remain the client's own. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or investment advice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a session booked through this site is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to us and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first at floriska.timi@gmail.com. Consumers in Hungary may also turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) of their place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
