Who I am
I'm Tímea Floriska. I work as a fractional manager and change management consultant for founder-led, family-run, and boutique businesses across Europe. I partner mostly with women founders who are navigating growth, change, or an important transition. I'm not a consultant who hands you a deck and leaves. I step into the business as an experienced partner — for as long as you need one — and help you get to the other side of the change with a business that's stronger and less dependent on you.
I don't produce strategies that gather dust. I help you actually change how the business runs.
