Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 July 2026

Who we are

This website (fractionalpartner.eu) is operated by Tímea Floriska, a sole trader (egyéni vállalkozó) registered at Budapest, Hattyú utca 7. 5. em. 1., tax number HU92199617 ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

For any privacy question, contact us at floriska.timi@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

Contact form: when you send a message, we process the name, email address, and message content you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR).

Booking and payment: when you book a Clarity Call or a paid session, your scheduling details are processed by Calendly, and payments for paid sessions are processed by Stripe within the booking flow. We do not see or store your card details; Stripe handles them as a specialised, PCI-certified payment provider. Legal basis: performance of a service at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Analytics: we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that records aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics. It does not set cookies or track you across sites.

Cookies

We do not set non-essential or tracking cookies, which is why this site shows no cookie-consent banner. Third-party tools (Calendly, and Stripe within the Calendly booking flow) load only when you actively choose to open them and may then set their own cookies necessary to provide that service; please see their respective privacy policies.

Who we share data with

We use trusted processors to run the site: Resend (email delivery for the contact form), Calendly (scheduling), Stripe (payment processing), and Vercel (hosting and cookieless analytics). Each processes data only on our instructions or, in Stripe's case, as an independent controller for payment data. [Confirm and list any others before launch.]

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, and no longer than [RETENTION PERIOD] unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Hungary, the NAIH). To exercise any right, email us at floriska.timi@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
